Now, what are the values behind those courses. What is our vision? Teaching is more than sharing information, do not you agree? As you know, we want to connect talents with the working engineering world. Tools and knowledge about the newest technologies can be rare, and we aim to break this barrier. And how do we do that? Indeed, we resolve this challenge in 4 points: updated content, online solutions, adapted courses and practical tasks.

In the first place, we improve our content through endless analysis and tests. And all this allows us to link our programs with the current market needs. For instance, we test the newest tools, monitor the required skills by firms and update software simulators.

Secondly, we base our programs on remote tools. At CNC Train, we offer e-learning courses and social platforms. Why is it relevant? Actually, there are two key reasons. First, we standardise knowledge in the whole country. And second, we bring tools to mentors who empower their students. At CNC Train we believe in cooperative education. And then, we support communities which build powerful talents, like us.

  • E-Learning Library: In this library, you will be able to access e-Learning content, assessments and Question banks. We have created it to clear the fundamental background of students. You will learn 5 technologies viz., CNC, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Sensors. We provide assessments and question banks for practice where you can apply your knowledge learned in this course and it is designed to cover 8 learning modules. They are as follows:

You will learn 7 technologies here viz., CNC, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Sensors, PLC and Mechatronics. We will cover 17 learning modules which covers 8 modules of e-Learning and remaining 9 modules are as follows:

  • Shopfloor library: We have made this library for job based roles. With this space, you will get courses related to CNC Setter, CNC Programmer, etc. We have designed this library for students who want a job in a specific role.

Automation Application Electrical System - Sensors

In this program, you will learn and develop basic understanding about the sensor technology which will also cover the different types of sensors and its application. We have designed this course in such a way that your basic fundamental background will be cleared and improved.

The sensor package has been designed to build the following skills:

  • Identifying sensor for specific operation and usage

  • Understanding analog and digital I/O signals

  • Identify Static & Dynamic characteristics of sensors

Automation Application Fluid Power - Pneumatics

We have designed this package for students to develop a basic understanding of Pneumatics. This course is also based on basic knowledge of Pneumatics. If you have already learned the sensors this would be an added advantage for you guys.

Through this curriculum, we aim to empower our learners in: 

  • Understanding physical properties of the air and the laws of Boyle and Charles

  • Generating basic circuit for pneumatics

  • Creating circuit and analysing results while considering the generated circuit

  • Working on pneumatic cylinders and motors on a basic circuit

Automation Application Fluid Power - Hydraulics

This package is provided to get familiar with Hydraulics systems. We will provide you with basic knowledge so that your fundamental understanding will be improved. If you already have some basic knowledge of sensors, it would be also an added advantage for you. The presented combination aims to develop the following skills:

  • Understanding  of hydraulic power and its components

  • Explaining the pascal law while demonstrating that hydraulic fluid is incompressible

  • Understanding the idea and functioning of various hydraulic applications

Automation Application General - Mechatronics System

We made this package to get the fundamental knowledge of mechatronics. As we use mechatronics in various applications, such as home automation, IOT and many more, this is a very important course.

  • Identifying key elements of mechatronics system

  • Understanding signal conditioning

  • Modelling and system response

  • Developing PLC programming and circuit design
